Hoopla - Returning August 1st!

Borrow eBooks, audiobooks, and magazines on your phone or tablet using the Hoopla App. Hoopla allows you to check out a wide selection of digital materials, including books, audiobooks, shows, movies, and more.

**Please NOTE: Hoopla is a pay per use service and monthly borrows are currently fixed to four (4) monthly borrows per patron.

Libby

Borrow eBooks, audiobooks, and magazines on your phone or tablet using the Libby app by Overdrive. Libby allows you to check out a wide selection of digital materials. You can even send and download your borrowed materials on your Kindle.

Libby tends to feature new releases in addition to a vast selection of well loved titles. There is no monthly borrow limit, and patrons may check out ten (10) titles at a time as well as place a “Hold” (waiting list) ten (10) titles at a time.

Kanopy

Kanopy is a video streaming service for movies, documentaries, foreign films, classic cinema, independent films and educational videos that can be enjoyed on your TV, mobile phone, tablets and online. You will need your current library card number to sign up.

Connecticut State Parks Day Pass

  • This Pass covers entrance fees to the centers and historical buildings at Gillette’s Castle State Park in East Haddam, Dinosaur State Park in Rocky Hill, or Fort Trumbull State Park in New London.

Connecticut Science Center

  • This pass provides 20% off general admission for up to four people to the Connecticut Science Center.

Connecticut State House

  • This pass admits for free 4 people of any age to Connecticut’s Old State House in Hartford, CT. Valid for general admission during regular operating hours only. Not valid for Group Tour Admission (adult or school) or special events.
